Refund policy
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (email new one for e commerce)
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
