We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Packaging
We take care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Jewellery and delicate accessories are wrapped securely in protective packaging.
Local Collection
If you are local to the Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire area, or you enjoy coming for a visit to Inverurie you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
Once notified, pick up is available during store opening ours. (Wednesday to Saturday 10.30am - 4.00pm )
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, postal strikes).
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at aleca@alecastylecollective.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch within 7 days of the delivery date.
Email aleca@alecastylecollective.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
